Bill Will End Animal Testing for CosmeticsIntroduced on March 5th, the Humane Cosmetics Act would prohibit the use of animals in the testing of cosmetics and their ingredients, as well as phase out the sale of animal tested cosmetics. AAVS urges Congress to support this important legislation.
