This website is owned and operated by the American Anti-Vivisection Society, which is located at 801 Old York Road, Suite 204, Jenkintown, PA 19046. AAVS reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time for any reason. Notice of any changes will be posted on the home page of this website.

In order to consistently improve and update the content and design of our website, AAVS collects the following information: 1) Certain non-personally identifiable information, including type of browser and operating system used along with the domain name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and 2) Certain voluntarily provided information that is included in e-mails received, online forms completed, and requests to be placed on our e-mail newsletter list, AAVS Alerts.

AAVS guarantees that we will not sell, trade or recycle your e-mail address with any list company, business, or persons.

In order to launch effective campaigns and maintain our daily operations, AAVS participates in postal mailing list exchanges. Our supporters and members are offered the option to not have their information shared for these purposes on all AAVS forms.

AAVS processes all of its donations, membership dues, and merchandise sales in house and does not use an outside or third party company.
